Most services are based on a 50-60 minute session and billed at $150.

Groups are billed at $60 per session.

​

Hypnosis sessions may be scheduled up to 75 minutes and in that case will be billed at $175.

​

CORE Treatment is in network with United Healthcare (this does not include community plans).

​

All other services will be OON.

​

Upon request I can offer a superbill itemizing all necessary codes for clients to submit to insurance for partial or full reimbursement depending upon the plan.

​

For existing clients, any out of session consult will be billed as a session if it exceeds 15 minutes, except in the case of an emergency.

​

A complete financial agreement, along with a HIPAA privacy statement and informed consent will be provided as part of the intake process.
